Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

PEACHY KEEN'S CANCELLATION POLICY Effective immediately, Peachy Keen Professional will be implementing a no show/cancellation fee. Non refundable deposits may be required for future bookings. We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of your service(s) booked.

 

Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If we do not hear from you within 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged.

 

Your first no show will be charged 50% of your service(s), your second no show will be charged 100% of your service(s), your third no show will be charged 100% of your service(s) and you will no longer be able to book any future appointments at Peachy Keen.

 

We understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24 hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. If this is the case, please contact Peachy Keen immediately. The cancellation/no-show fee may be waived upon the discretion of management.
